End of Day I. Disassembly (required after each use) 1. Remove product from display area first. 2. Remove sheet pans from refrigerated base. 3. Disconnect cabinet from power supply. 4. Position cabinet over a floor drain or have a large bucket handy. - Page 6 (see fig. 1). 3. Place a few drops of the lubricant supplied by Traulsen into the fan blade assembly rear. 4.
