a "Memory Stick"

Inserting a "Memory Stick"

Insert the "Memory Stick" into the Memory Stick
slot with the b mark facing forward as illustrated
below until it clicks. The "Memory Stick" access
lamp flashes, then goes out.

• Be sure to insert the "Memory Stick" correctly. If the
"Memory Stick" is forced in the wrong way, the "Memory
Stick" or the slot may be damaged.
• Insert only a "Memory Stick" into the Memory Stick slot.
Attempting to insert other objects into the slot may damage
the TV.
• To use a "Memory Stick Duo," be sure to attach it to the
Memory Stick Duo adapter before inserting it into the
Memory Stick slot. Inserting a Memory Stick Duo adapter
without a "Memory Stick Duo" may damage the Memory
Stick slot.

Removing a "Memory Stick"

Check that the "Memory Stick" access lamp is
off, then push the "Memory Stick" gently into
the Memory Stick slot and then release it.
The "Memory Stick" is ejected.

Tip
The ("Memory Stick") indicator on the front panel of
the TV works in the same manner as the "Memory Stick"
access lamp does.

Pull the "Memory Stick" completely out of the
Memory Stick slot.
Notes
• Do not turn the power off while the "Memory Stick" access
lamp is lit or flashing in red.
If you do so, the image data in "Memory Stick" may be
damaged.
• When removing the "Memory Stick," do not attempt to just
pull it from the Memory Stick slot. If you do so, the "Memory
Stick" or the slot may be damaged.
• There is a mechanism inside the Memory Stick slot to prevent
the "Memory Stick" from popping out. This may prevent the
"Memory Stick" from coming out smoothly. If this happens,
do not pull the "Memory Stick" out forcibly. Pull it out
straight towards you. Otherwise, the "Memory Stick" may be
damaged.
• To protect small children from injury from "Memory Stick,"
remove any "Memory Stick" from the TV's Memory Stick
slot and store it in a safe location when it is not in use.
