DVD Menu

Select a background image to apply to the DVD Menu screen of a video DVD
or a slideshow DVD.

To use a JPEG file in a DVD Menu
When "JPEG" is selected, you can set your favorite photo (JPEG file) for the
DVD Menu screen of a video DVD or a Slideshow DVD.
Using your computer, store only a single photo (JPEG file) for the DVD Menu
on the top directory in the memory card beforehand. Insert the memory card
into the DVDirect's memory card slot before creating a disc.
Notes
• Save only a single JPEG file in the top directory of a memory card. If there are many photos
in the top directory of the Memory Card, the desired photo may not be set for the DVD
Menu.
• Use on certain JPEG files may not be possible in a DVD Menu.

Slideshow Music

Select whether to record background music onto a photo DVD (slideshow
DVD).

To use an MP3 file as background music in a Slideshow DVD
If "MP3" is selected, you can record your chosen music (MP3) as background
music for a Slideshow DVD.
Using your computer, store only a single MP3 file in the top directory in the
memory card beforehand. Insert the memory card into the DVDirect's memory
card slot before creating a disc.
