8.With the unit on and the LED displayed, press the pre-set buttons to select the
desired cooking function. The function light will flash. The pre-set buttons are Soup,
Chicken, Beef, Fish, Rice, Slow Cook, Steam or Cake.
9.When the pressure inside hits proper level, the pressure hold indicator is turned on
and the timer begins counting.
Note: Pay attention: the pressure inside is very high, you need to release it through
vent valve and then open the cover.
* After entering the keep warm mode: if you do not want to continue this mode, you
can unplug the power supply. For safety reason, after 12 hours of continuous Keep
Warm mode, the unit will automatically enter pending status.
10. When the pressure cooking cycle is finished, the unit will automatically switch to
the Keep Warm mode. Place the float valve into the release position and wait for the
pressure to release completely until the floater drops down. Then you can unplug the
unit and take out the food. (figure J-1, J-2)
Note: While cooking liquids such as porridge or soups, the unit must be cooled down
before you release the pressure.

Operating Instructions

1. When the unit is turned on, there will be a "BEEP" sound and LED will
show "00:00", the unit is now in "stand by" mode and you may choose your desired
cooking option, by pressing one of the pre-set buttons (Soup, Chicken, Beef, Fish,
Rice, Slow Cook, Steam or Cake).
2. When you have selected your desired cooking option, the display will show the
"keep pressure time" (e.g.: The letter P followed by the number of minutes the unit
will cook for. If it shows P25 the cooking time will be 25 minutes), wait for 5 seconds
and the unit will automatically start.
DEFINITION: Keep Pressure Time: Amount of time the pressure cooker will hold /
cook at the desired pressure.
3. Manual setting (1) LIGHT/STANDARD OR STRONG:
After selecting one of the pre-set cooking options, you can again press the
"SELECT" button to choose a pressure time, the options are: "Light", "Standard"
or "Strong".
EXAMPLE: Press the "Soup" button, then press the "SELECT" button, the
"Standard" led will be on and the hold pressure time will be 25 mins. If the
"SELECT" button is pressed again, the "Strong" led will be on and the hold
