Problems with pairing and connecting Bluetooth

Bluetooth operations differ depending on the settings of the Bluetooth

used.
®
If your Bluetooth device no longer operates normally, refer to the device's owner's man-

ual.
Symptom
Unable to perform pairing
Pairing cannot be performed again
Automatically connects, but then

Refer to the website to check wheth-
er or not your Bluetooth
compatible with Mazda Connect.
Make sure that Bluetooth

Mode are turned on in the Blue-

tooth device's settings. Additional-
ly, make sure that Airplane mode is
turned off. Turn off the Bluetooth
device's power once and then turn it
back on. If pairing is still not possi-
ble after this, contact an Authorized
Mazda Dealer.
Perform pairing using the following
procedure:
1. Delete the target Bluetooth
vice on the Mazda Connect.
2. Delete "Mazda" from the Blue-
®
tooth search screen of the
®
Bluetooth device.

3. Perform pairing again.
If pairing is not possible using the
above procedure, turn off the Blue-
®
tooth device's power once and
then turn it back on. If pairing is still
not possible after this, contact an
Authorized Mazda Dealer.
