Usage
Only absolute control. This command helps
you to send Bit-type command absolutely.
PARAM0-1 are same as an absolute Bit
command. PARAM2 is masking datum for
PARAM1.
Each bit of PARAM1 is enabled when
PARAM2 bit set to 1.
