Maintenance information and
precautions
Rechargeable battery pack
•Use only the specified charger or video
equipment with the charging function.
•To prevent an accidental short circuit, do not
allow metal objects to come into contact with
the battery terminals.
•Keep the rechargeable battery pack away from
fire.
•Never expose the rechargeable battery pack to
temperatures above 60°C (140°F), such as in a
car parked in the sun or under direct sunlight.
•Store the rechargeable battery pack in a cool,
dry place.
•Do not expose the rechargeable battery pack to
any mechanical shock.
•Do not disassemble nor modify the
rechargeable battery pack.
•Install the rechargeable battery pack in the
video equipment securely.
•Charging while some capacity remains does not
affect the original battery capacity.
Notes on the button type lithium
battery
•Keep the Remote Commander and button type
lithium battery out of the reach of children to
prevent them swallowing the battery.
If swallowed, consult a doctor immediately.
•Do not disassemble, heat, or short-circuit
button type lithium battery. Also, do not throw
it into fire. This may cause the battery to
rupture.
If the battery is leaking
•Wipe off the liquid in the battery compartment
carefully before replacing the battery.
•If you touch the liquid, wash it off with water.
•If the liquid gets into your eyes, wash your eyes
with a lot of water and then consult a doctor.
If any problem occurs, unplug your camcorder
and contact your nearest Sony dealer.

appareil vidéo disposant de la fonction de

•Conservez la batterie rechargeable dans un
endroit frais et sec.
•Ne faites pas subir de chocs mécaniques à la
batterie rechargeable.
•Ne démontez pas et ne modifiez pas la batterie
rechargeable.
•Installez fermement la batterie rechargeable
dans l'appareil vidéo.
•La capacité d'origine de la batterie n'est pas
affectée si la recharge est effectuée avant que la
batterie soit complètement vide.
Remarques relative à la pile au
lithium de type bouton
•Conservez la télécommande et la pile bouton au
lithium hors de portée des enfants pour éviter
qu'ils avalent la pile.
En cas d'ingestion, consultez immédiatement
un médecin.
•Evitez de démonter, chauffer ou court-circuiter
la pile bouton au lithium. Eviter aussi de la jeter
au feu. Elle risquerait de se briser.
Si la pile fuit
•Essuyez bien le liquide présent dans le
logement pour pile avant de remplacer la pile.
•En cas de contact avec ce liquide, lavez à l'eau
la partie affectée.
•En cas de contact avec les yeux, lavez bien à
grande eau et consultez un médecin.
En cas de problèmes, débranchez votre
caméscope et consultez votre revendeur Sony.
