6. Procedure to Remove Electronic Expansion Valve
and Low Pressure Sensor
Procedure
Step
Removing the parts of
outside panel and the
switch box according to
the "Procedure to
Remove Outside Panels".
1. Removing electronic
expansion valve
Pull up the electronic

expansion valve coil.
2 To remove the
electronic expansion
valve, disconnect 2
brazed joints for each
valve.
2. Removing the low
pressure switch
Disconnect 1 brazed
1
joint to remove the low
pressure switch.
Removal Procedure

Procedure to Remove Electronic Expansion Valve and Low Pressure Sensor

Warning Be sure to wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power
supplies before disassembling work.
Procedure Points
Check that the refrigerant is
completely discharged
before starting the
disassembling work.
Electronic

sheet for welding work or

steel sheet to prevent the
piping from influence of torch

Caution
When installing, use torch
flame while cool the valve
body with wet cloths or the
