Brewing Coffee Using Beans

n Open the lid by pressing the indentation marked 'PUSH' . Add water by filling your chosen cup
with water and pouring this water into the reservoir. This ensures that you have exactly the
right amount of water to make your cup of coffee.
N.B All of the water that you put into the reservoir will be used to produce your cup of coffee.
Do not fill the water reservoir with more than 450ml of water. You will notice slightly less water
comes out into the cup as a small amount is absorbed by the coffee grinds. This allows enough
room in the cup to add milk. Should you drink your coffee black, you can fill your cup with water
then add an extra splash more into the water reservoir.
n Remove grinder cover by simply holding the transparent plastic lid and pulling it towards you.
Add beans using the scoop provided.
NOTE: Adjust the amount of beans to suit your taste as you get to know your coffee maker and
personal preferences. The more beans you add, the stronger your coffee will be. The machine will
