Voice Mode : Setting the Voice Play Options
Protecting Voice Files
You can protect saved important voice files from accidental erasure.
1. Set the Mode Dial to
2. Press the [POWER] button to turn on the device.
3. Press the [Shortcut 1] button to switch to Voice play mode.
4. Press the [MENU] button.

Menu screen appears.
5. Move the joystick left / right (œ œ / √ √ ) to select <Protect>.
6. Select an option by moving the joystick up / down (... ... / † † ) button and then
press the [OK] button.

<Select>: The voice file list appears and you can select files to protect.
◆
<All>: All files will be protected.
If <All> is selected, the message "Protect All?" appears. Select <Yes> or <No> by moving
the joystick left / right (œ/√) and then press the [OK] button to confirm.
7. If <Select> was selected, select files to protect by moving the joystick left /
right / up / down (œ œ / √ √ /... ... / † † ) and press the [OK] button.

8. Press the [Shortcut 3] button.

The message "Protect?" appears.
9. Select <Yes> to protect selected files. Select <No> to cancel protection.

Press the [MENU] button to exit the menu.
