Display
Training Programme "Count
Display: current values
Strokes/min, strokes, distance, training time, energy consump-
tion, performance + level and pulse (if pulse taking activated).
Adjusting level of exertion (braking force) during workout:
"Plus" increases the level in units of 1,
while pressing "Minus" decreases the level by units of 1.
Note:
The level of braking force and the strokes/min result in a per-
formance. After the start of training, the strokes/min will be
displayed with a time delay of approx. 5 seconds.

Interruption of training

If there are less than 10 strokes/min, this is taken as an inter-
ruption of training. The value indicated for strokes/min and
speed is "0".

Note:
"Menu", "Persons", "Display", "Default Setting" will be

Standby (sleepmode)
If no training is being performed and no key is being pressed,
the display will switch to standby mode. "POWER" is still being
displayed. The switch-off time can be defined under "Settings/
Standby". If you press a key or resume training, the display will
indicate that the equipment is in training stand-by again.
