OPERATION To keep your wine in optimum condition, it will not be possible to switch the light on until the temperature inside the cellar drops below 25°C. 8.1 Switching on Whenever the cellar is receiving power, even if it is not in operation, the LED powered up will illuminate. -

8.4 Storage Temperatures As you will certainly already know, to enjoy the flavour and bouquet of each wine at its best, it should be stored and drunk at a specific temperature. The following table lists these temperatures in relation to the type of wine. -

They fit into place as shown on the right. First fit the cylinder into the hole in the rear of the appliance, and then insert the pin into the cylinder just fitted. -
