Replace the keypad.
•
Align the keypad with the grooves as shown. Don't try to slide the
keypad in from the bottom of the handheld. Place the keypad about an
inch below the screen so that it fits into the grooves and lies flat.
•
Push the keypad firmly into place. You will hear a click and the switch
on the back of the keypad is in the locked position.
