Removing rack/tray support frames
Removing the guide frames enables the
sides to be cleaned more easily.
To remove the guide frames:
1. Unscrew the fastening pins of the frame:
2. Pull the frame towards the inside of the
oven in order to release it from the
fastening pins.
3. When cleaning is complete, repeat the
above procedures to put the guide
frames back in.

Cleaning and maintenance
CLEAN: Cleaning the reservoir
In order to keep the appliance in
good working order it is
recommended to clean the
reservoir approximately once
every 2-3 months.
1. Press and turn the function knob to select
the CLEAN function.
2. Press the function knob to confirm the
choice of function. The display shows the
request to fill the reservoir.
3. Fill the jug provided (or a container) with
a mixture of water and citric acid.
It is recommended to mix 30 g of
citric acid in one and a half litres of
water.
