SSID
Security Mode
Applies to SSID2 only. When this feature is enabled,
connected devices have access to the Internet but are
blocked from accessing to your local network. This
feature is useful for establishing a guest wireless
network for use by customers and visitors.
The name of the wireless network
The type of security that is used on the network: WEP,
WPA Personal, WPA2 Personal, WPA Enterprise, WPA2
Enterprise.
WEP:
Encryption: 64 bits 10 hex digits or 28 bits 26 hex
digits.
Default: 64 bits 10 hex digits
Passphrase: A passphrase used to automatically
generate WEP keys.
Key 1-4: Instead of using a passphrase to generate
WEP keys, enter the WEP key(s) manually.
TX Key: The TX (Transmit) Key to use.
Default: 1
WPA Personal and WPA2 Personal:
WPA Algorithms: The encryption method, TKIP or
AES for dynamic encryption keys.
Default: TKIP
WPA Shared Key: A WPA Shared Key of 8-63
characters.
Group Key Renewal: The period of time in seconds
that can elapse before the WRP500 changes the
encryption keys.
Default: 3600 seconds (1 hour)
