Place the fabric under the foot aligning the first red line
on the foot with the line on your fabric. This will be the
starting point of the four step buttonhole.

Raise the needle and turn the Pattern Selector to the
second part of the buttonhole.

Sew. The machine will sew a narrow Zig-zag in
reverse. Stop sewing when the stitching reaches
the mark on the fabric. This is the first step
of the four step buttonhole.

Continue until all four sides of the buttonhole are sewn, being sure to raise the needle before
turning the Pattern selector dial between each step.
