If the ANCP rate value 999936 kbps, and the ANCP rate factor is 100 percent, the ANCP rate value of
999936 is applied to the interface. This satisfies the requirement:
Interface speed (1000000 kbps) > ANCP rate (999936 kbps) > QoS parent shaper rate (800000 kbps)
This is a successful application of the policy as shown by the following show qos interface command
