IMPORTANT: Turn dial on steamer to 'OFF' position, switch off at mains and unplug safely.
Allow to fully cool down before performing maintenance or troubleshooting checks.

Clearing blockages

Push the accessory floorhead Use a small thin object such as a
release button and lift the main paperclip to insert into the nozzle and
body from the floorhead to remove. clear any blockage.
Also remove the handle.
