1. Access Levels:

Public User: For viewing printer information it is sufficient to login as public
user. For this connection is no password required and printer settings and
consumable status can be viewed.
‐
Administrator: For changing printer default settings, this access level has to
be used. The default password is 'administrator' (without the quotes).
2. Short overview of available options:
‐
System: View printer status, consumable status etc. Also here the default
password can be changed and date & time can be set.
‐
Job: Overview of active jobs and printed jobs.
‐
Print: Within this menu option you are able to change the printer defaults
such as: Paper Type, Paper Size, Tray Mapping, Emulation defaults, etc.

Network: Within this menu you can enable/disable the network protocols or
setup the details for all network protocols.
