N drives
Terminator power
There are four possible terminator power ( TP ) configurations for
"N" model drives (see Figure 9). You will not normally need to
change this option and can leave the drive configured as it was
shipped from the factory.
"N" model drives
Drive supplies term. power for its own terminators only
Drive supplies term. power to SCSI bus only
Drive supplies term. power for its own terminators
and drive supplies term. power to SCSI bus
Drive takes term. power from SCSI bus
Note: TP jumper(s) must
always be in one of the
configurations shown,
even if TE jumper is
not installed.
