USING YOUR ENGINE STARTER OVERVIEW The 10000A has an engine start function that can be used to jump start your vehicle if the battery is low by providing 100 amps of current to assist engine cranking. STARTING SEQUENCE There are a few basic steps involved when using the engine start function.
USING YOUR BATTERY CHARGER OVERVIEW Using this battery charger is very simple. First, connect the battery and AC power following the precautions listed under “OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS”. Then select the appropriate BATTERY TYPE and CHARGE RATE for your battery. The charger will then do everything automatically.

If your vehicle won’t start: You don’t need to fully charge a battery to start your vehicle. If the charger won’t start your vehicle using the 100A START rate, try charging the battery using the 40A rate for 10 or 15 minutes.
