5. When replacing the drive sprocket,
always use a new lock washer. After
tightening the sprocket nut to the
specification, be sure to lock it with the
lock washer.
Drive sprocket securing nut torque:
75 Nm (7.5 m·kg, 54 ft·lb)
6. When installing the driven sprocket, light-
ly smear grease on the fitting bolts.
Driven sprocket securing nut torque:
30 Nm (3.0 m·kg, 22 ft·lb)
Be sure to lock the nut with the lock
washer.
7. During reassembly, the master link clip
must be installed with the rounded end
facing the direction of travel.
NOTE: ______________________ _
The chain should be cleaned and lubricated
after every use of the machine.
