TROUBLESHOOTING

No power.
Power
The digital
camera turns off
by itself.
The battery
pack is
consumed very
quickly even
after it was fully
recharged.
Recharging
does not end.

The battery pack
is dead.
The battery pack
has not been
inserted
correctly.
The battery
compartment
cover is not fully
closed.
Due to cold
temperatures,
the battery pack
temporarily lost
its power.
The power save
function is
operating.
The ambient
temperature is
very low.
The battery pack
life has expired.
Cause
Change or
recharge the
battery pack.
Reinsert the
battery pack,
making sure to
orient it correctly.
Close battery
compartment
cover properly.
Place the digital
camera in your
pocket to warm
it up before
using it.
Press the MENU
button, or press
the power button
or shutter
release button
once.
Keep the battery
pack in an
environment of
10 to 40°C.
Replace with a
new battery
pack. If this is
not effective,
consult your
dealer.
