Cannot execute scaled (enlarged/reduced) printing correctly

Does the Printer Paper Size setting match the
size of the paper set in the printer?
For Scaled Printing, the Page Size selection and the
paper size selection in the software application must be
the same on the Page Layout tab, and the size of the
paper loaded in the printer must be selected under
Printer Paper Size.
