Issue
Jack does not lift to full height.
Jack does not hold load.
Jack does not lower.
Jack feels "spongy" when lifting.

Check hydraulic fluid level; top off if low.
Check for leaks in the Hydraulic System; fix them if found. Add
additional hydraulic fluid if necessary.
