Shop Books
From the NOOK main page, tap shop books at the top of the

The eBook or a list of eBooks is displayed. Tap on BUY NOW

to buy or tap Get Free Sample to get a small portion of the
eBook that you can sample.
Follow the onscreen instructions.

Reading
To read an ebook that you have purchased or a sample, follow
these steps:
From the NOOK main page, tap on an ebook.

Sweep the screen to the left to move to the next page.

Tap in the upper-right corner to make a bookmark.

Press Go To then tap on the Bookmarks tab to go to

a previously set bookmark.
Press Library to return to your library.

NOOK Options

From the NOOK main page, press

The following options are available:

• Sort: allows you to sort your Library contents by Recent, Title, or
Author.
• Filter: allows you to display your Library, My Documents, or
Archive.
• Sync: allows you to synchronize your library and the Barnes &
Noble catalog with your device.
• Shop: allows you to shop for eBooks, magazines, and newspapers
from the Barnes & Noble eBookstore.
• My Account: allows you to see the email address that you are
logged in as. Tap Log Out to log out of your account.
