How to Use the Remote Control

Battery Installation for the Remote
Control
✤ You need to insert or replace the
Lithium battery when:
 You purchase the camcorder
 The remote control does not work
✤ Ensure that you insert the Lithium battery cell
correctly, matching the + and – markings.
✤ Be careful not to reverse the polarity of the battery.
Self Timer Recording Using the Remote
Control in REC Mode
When you use the Self Timer function on the remote
control, the recording begins automatically after 10
seconds.
1. Turn on your device by setting the Power Switch to REC mode.
2. Press the SELF TIMER button until the appropriate indicator is
displayed on the LCD monitor or in the viewfinder.
3. Press the START/STOP button for recording to start the timer.
 After 10 seconds, recording or photography begins.
 Press the START/STOP button again when you want to
stop recording.

Uso del mando a distancia

✤ Asegúrese de que coloca la pila de litio
correctamente según las marcas + y -.
✤ Tenga cuidado de no invertir la polaridad de la pila.
Grabación con temporizador con el mando a
SELF
distancia
TIMER
Cuando se emplea la función del temporizador del
mando a distancia, la grabación se pone en marcha
automáticamente al cabo de 10 segundos.
1. Encienda el dispositivo colocando el interruptor de encendido
en el modo REC.
2. Pulse el botón SELF TIMER (temporizador) hasta que
aparezca en el monitor LCD o en el visor el indicador
correspondiente.
3. Pulse el botón START/STOP para que en la grabación se
inicie el temporizador.
 Después de 10 segundos, se inicia la grabación o la
captura de foto.
 Pulse nuevamente el botón START/STOP cuando quiera
detener la grabación.
