Symptom
• Disc is rotating but no
picture is produced.
• Picture quality is poor and
picture is shaking.
The remote control does not
work.

Check/Remedy
•
Check to see if the TV power is on.
•
Check to see if the video cables are connected properly.
•
Check for damage, deformities or dirt on the disc
•
Be sure that the remote control is being used within the required
angle and distance
•
Replace the batteries.
•
Select the correct mode(TV/DVD) function of the remote.
•
Only DVDs that are created with audio language and subtitles can
use this feature.
•
The disc may not have been created with menus.
•
You can play 16:9 DVDs in 16:9 WIDE mode, 4:3 LETTER BOX
mode, or 4:3 PAN SCAN mode, but 4:3 DVDs can be seen in 4:3
ratio only. Refer to the DVD disc jacket and then select the
appropriate function.

Check the antenna connections.

If the antenna's input signal is weak, install an external FM
antenna in an area with good reception.

Turn off the power and hold the
