Within this folder you can adapt
your settings to make your GU285
personal to you.
Note: For information on call settings
see page 26.
Changing your profi les
Choose Settings and choose

Profiles.
Choose from Normal, Silent,

Outdoor and Flight mode.
Tip! Use this function to switch the
fl ight mode On or Off. You will not
be able to make calls, connect to
the internet or send messages when
Flight mode is switched On.
Customising your profi les
You can customise each profi le
setting.
Press Settings and select

Profiles.
Choose the profi le you want,

select Options and choose
Personalise.
You can change all of the tones,

its volumes and alert options from
here.
Changing your date & time
You can set functions relating to the
date and time.
Press and open Settings.

Select Date & Time and choose

from the list below:
Date & time setting - You can set
the date and time, as well as change
your Auto update and daylight
savings settings
Time format - You can set the time
format to either 24 hours or 12 hours.
Date format - (YYYY.MM.DD,
DD.MM.YYYY, MM.DD.YYYY).
Date seperator - set how the date
is seperated. (choose from / or . or -)
Note set Auto update to on and the
phone will automatically update the
date and time
