13-4-4 The heating test operation by S-NET
Judge the test operation by use of the S-NET data obtained from the test operation.

Before judgment,
I
G Judge the operation status by operating all of indoor units connected with the outdoor unit, and do 30 minutes after
operation.
I
G Standard for the judgment of item is applicable 0˚C ~ 20˚C of outdoor Temp. and 24˚C below of indoor Temperature.
If running conditions are out of this range, judge options are maybe differ from standards.
1. Check the compressor discharge temperature(T-discharge).
G It is normal if the temperature is 70˚C ~ 110˚C
- If the temperature is below 70˚C, it is over charge of refrigerant. And if it is over 120˚C, it may be a vacuum fail.
2. Check the condensing temperature(T-cond).
G It is normal if the temperature 5˚C ~ 20˚C over than that of outdoor.
3. Check the compressor suction temperature(T-suc).
G It is normal if the temperature is 0˚C ~ 20˚C
4. Check the opening electronic expansion valve(E-valve) of outdoor unit.
G It is normal if it is ±100 step compared with the average value of the other E-valves.

✳ If the opening of E-valve is over the allowance of standard value in 4), it is an short refrigerant.
And if the opening of E-valve is below the allowance of standard value in 4), it is over charge of refrigerant.
5. Check the temperature of compressor oil.
G It is normal If the temperature is 0˚C ~ 35˚C higher than that of outdoor.
6. Check the opening of electronic expansion valve(E-valve) of indoor unit.
G The operation range is 0 ~ 480 step, and it operates at 350 ~ 450 step on heating.
G If the high head option is used by the change of option code of indoor unit, it operates at 200 ~ 480 step.
