Setting the Recording Options
Setting the Wind Cut
Use the Wind Cut function when recording in windy places such as the beach or near
buildings. The Wind Cut function minimizes wind noise or other noise while recording.
1. Turn the Mode Dial to
Movie
2. Press the [POWER] button to turn on the Miniket Photo.
3. Press the [MENU] button.
4. Move the joystick left / right to select <Wind Cut>.
5. Select an option by moving the joystick up / down, and then
press the joystick (OK).
N <Off>: Sets off Wind Cut and no icon appears.
N <On>: Sets on Wind Cut to reduce wind noise for sound
recording.
6. Press the [MENU] button to exit the menu.
N If <On> is selected, <
N If <Off> is selected, no icon will be displayed.

N <Focus> is not appeared in the menu; It is set to <Multi AF>
by default. In <Sports> and <Beach/Snow>, it is set to <Pan
Focus>.
N Pan: Pan Focus that adjusts the focus to entire screen has
focused. Focuses on the deepest DOF (Depth of Field)
position which makes the both near and distant view
are in focus.
[ Notes ]
✤ When Wind Cut is enabled, a bit of low-frequency band (bass)
sound will be reduced along with the wind noise. It is a normal
result, not a malfunction.
✤ Regarding <Wind Cut> use with <Program AE>, refer to the
availability table.
✤ While the menu screen is displayed, pressing the [Record / Stop]
button will exit the menu.

Gire el Dial de modo a
Movie
(Video).
Pulse el botón [POWER] (ENC.) para encender la Miniket Photo.
Pulse el botón [MENU].
Mueva el joystick a la izquierda / derecha hasta seleccionar <Wind
Cut> (Anti viento).
Seleccione la opción moviendo el joystick hacia arriba / abajo y
pulse el botón (OK) del joystick.

<Off> (Apagado): desactiva Wind Cut (Anti viento) y no aparece ningún icono.

<On> (Encendido): define Wind Cut (Anti viento) para reducir el
ruido del viento en la grabación del sonido.
Pulse el botón [MENU] para salir del menú.

Si se selecciona <On> (Encendido), aparece en la pantalla el icono <

Si se selecciona <Off> (Apagado), no aparecerá ningún icono.

<Focus> (Enfoque) no aparece en el menú; se fija en <Multi AF> (Enfoque.
aut.) de forma predeterminada. En <Sports> (Deportes) y <Beach/Snow>
(Playa/Nieve) se fija en <Pan Focus> (Enfoque panorámico).
Panorámica: enfoque panorámico que ajusta el enfoque en toda la
pantalla enfocada. Enfoca en la DOF (Profundidad de campo) más
profunda lo que hace que la vista cercana y distante estén enfocadas.
Cuando se activa Wind Cut (Anti viento), se reducirá una porción de la
banda de baja frecuencia (bajos) junto con el ruido del viento. Es un
resultado normal y no se trata de ninguna avería.
Para ver información sobre <Wind Cut> (Anti viento ) con <Program
AE> (Programa AE), consulte la tabla de disponibilidad.
Mientras aparece el menú en pantalla, si se pulsa el botón [Record /
Stop] (Grabar / Detener) se saldrá del menú.
