3. Adjust the overall height of the headrest pad/mounting
post via the knob D.
For proper set-up the headrest should be adjusted to
the user's ear height.
4. Once the final height position is set, adjust the D-Ring
(with set-screw) so that it rests flush with the top of the
clamp assembly (to prevent slipping) C.
