Off The Swit ch is not receiving power.
Green On The port is connect ed t o an Et hernet net work at 10M or 100M
speed.
Blinking The port is receiving or t ransm it t ing dat a.

Blinking The Et hernet net work link is down due t o loop det ect ion.
( Slow)
Off The port is not connect ed t o an Et hernet net work.
