Warranty Statement

The supplier warrants the cellular telephone and its accessories against
defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the
period of one year from the date of purchase. Such defect will be repaired or
replaced (with new or rebuilt parts), at the supplier's option, without charge
for parts or labor directly to the defects.

Length of Warranty

The supplier's all cellular phones and accessories carry standard warranty of
one year from the date of purchase based on proof of purchase. However,
the length of battery warranty is 6 months.

What this Warranty Covers

This warranty covers only to the original purchaser of the product and is not
assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/user.
This warranty covers normal wear and tear of the electronic portion of the
cellular phone. Any defects, malfunctions, performance failures under normal
condition is covered under this warranty.

What this Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover any failure of equipment not provided by the
supplier who is designated by Synertek.
This warranty does not cover defects, malfunctions and performance failure
or damages to the unit resulting from use in other than its normal and cus-
tomary manner, serial number defacement, improper installation, excessive
temperature or humidity, environmental conditions, mishandling, misuse,
water damage, accident or neglect, the use of non-conforming parts, or
improper alterations or repairs. Also, this warranty does not apply to fuses.
All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched
or damaged due to normal customer use.
Breakage or damage to antenna unless caused directly by defects in material
or workmanship.

How to Get Warranty Service

To obtain repairs or replacement within the terms of this warranty, the product
should be delivered with proof of warranty of coverage, specification of
defects, transportation prepaid, to any supplier's authorized service facility.
