Clearing BIOS Settings (CMOS Memory)

To set the BIOS settings back to the factory settings (clearing CMOS memory), use the internal jumper switch.
You can also clear the password in BIOS Setup Utility (SETUP) by using the same procedure.
To clear the password or the CMOS memory, use the corresponding jumper switch illustrated in the figure
below.

Tips
Use BIOS Setup Utility (SETUP) usually to return the settings to the factory
defaults.
Important
Do not change any other jumper switch settings. Any change may cause the
server to fail or malfunction.
