Description
Lit: Voltage is being applied to the Phase A
pulse input terminal.
Lit: Voltage is being applied to the Phase B
pulse input terminal.
Lit: Counter is in the process of subtraction.
Lit: Voltage is being applied to the function start
input terminal.
Lit: Voltage is being applied to the external
power supply input terminal while the fuse in
the coincidence signal output section is
broken.
