Start Collaboration Session on the Tablet PC

Audio / Video Collaboration Software "SIPIX RC"
Audio / Video Collaboration Software "SIPIX RC" is a web application in the
"Google Chrome" browser. It establishes a video- and audio-data communication
between Windows systems.
1. Establish an Internet connection to the Tablet PC.
2. Double-click on the 'RC-HUB' icon on the home screen to start the
Collaboration Session.
The "SIEMENS Remote Collaboration - Field Engineer" website pops up
automatically in the "Google Chrome" browser. Because the application starts in
the background, it may take several minutes until the browser displays the home
page. Do not close the browser.
3. Wait for the return information from the remote expert ("waiting for expert").
Note
Start the session on the side of the Tablet PC only if the remote expert has
completed the access on his side.
The red dot in the tab signals the constitution of a link for the video/audio
session.
4. Click the "Start Session" button to launch the video / audio session.
