6 Establish Remote connection
Note
If you switch the remote window and return to your desktop, the desktop sharing
remains active in the background.
The mouse pointer stops on the Tablet PC, but the mouse clicks of the remote
expert work in parallel on the Tablet PC.
Avoid a high number of clicks on your desktop in order that no unwanted clicks
are triggered on the Tablet PC.
Minimize / maximize the window through the following icon in the system tray:
5. Click on the "Connection options..." icon in the menu bar.
6. From the "Scale by" drop-down list box, select the required scaling for the
home screen (90% here) and click "OK".
7. Click on the "Fullscreen" icon in the menu bar to make the entire home screen
of the Tablet PC visible.
