• Use screws for the connections of up-down unit,
after assembly the up section and down section,
open through holes of Φ13.5 at the connection
parts, then use hex flange self-drilling tapping
screws ST5.5*35 to fix the unit→ Fig. 10.

3.3 Installation and connection of air
duct
Notice: Risk of loss of additional pressure!
The outlet duct before unit offtake to
connecting bent pipes shall be main-
tained a straight pipe at least twice the
length of long side of offtake, or other-
wise it may cause the additional air
pressure loss.
Please select suitable air duct according to the
►
unit air flow and static pressure. Each of air
ducts shall be applied with insulation treat-
ment. And insulation shall include moisture
proofing layer to avoid moisture absorption.
Use flexible connection for the unit air inlet and
►
outlet and unit intake and off-takes.
Exterior pipe shall not be supported by unit,
►
and all the air intake and off-take duct shall be
properly supported and fixed.
When assembling the pipe the space of unit
►
maintenance shall be taken into consideration.
3.4 Installation and connection of water
coil pipe
Warning: Risk of orifice damage!
When connecting the pipe, use pipe
tong clamping the pipe of coil, and then
conduct connection. Connection of
condensed pipe shall be applied as
well (Fig. 11).

• The working pressure of cooling and heating coil
shall not be excessive, wherein the air inlet and
outlet pipe is connected through pipe thread or
flange with PTFE tape applied on the thread,
and the connection type of water pipe is down-in
and up-out (→Fig. 12).
• Connect heat exchanger in accordance with the
counterflow principle (water flow direction
counter to airflow direction in unit).
• Except for condensate pipe, the buyer should
provide venting valves and drain valves in the
pipeline. For installation please refer to section
→P11, 3.6 Installation of siphon.
• The buyer should provide the pressure gauge
and thermometer applied on pipeline for moni-
toring the water system.
