8-E BRAKE SYSTEM ADJUSTMENT

a. With Foot Brake System.
1. Left brake lever free play adjustment
NOTE:
Before adjusting the brake, inspect the
front brake shoes.
The left brake lever free play should be
Adjusted to 10~20 mm at the brake lever pivot.
If the free play is incorrect, adjust as follows:
1.lock nut
2.adjuting bolt.
1.Loosen the locknut and fully turn in the adjusting bolt.
2.Turn the adjusting bolt until specified free play is obtained.
3. Tighten the locknut.
WARNING
Operating with improperly serviced or
adjusted brakes.
WHAT CAN HAPPEN
You could lose braking ability, which could
lead to an accident
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
After servicing:
＊ Make sure the brakes operate smoothly and
that the free play is correct.
＊ Make sure the brakes do not drag.
Replacement of brake components requires
professional knowledge.
These procedures should be performed by
DINLI dealer.
