To Add the Sender's Name, Section, or
Department to Sent Documents
Sender's Names (TTI)
You can register the sender's name, section, or
department in Sender's Names (TTI). This name is
displayed on the recipient's machine, and printed on
sent documents.
To Set a Password for an Inbox
Inbox Settings
Enables you to set and store a name and password
for an inbox, so that other people will not be able to
view its contents. You can set <Doc. Auto Erase>
to prevent documents from automatically being
deleted. In this case, erase documents from the inbox
manually.
A key icon is displayed on inboxes set with
passwords. When these inboxes are selected, a
message prompting you to enter a password is
displayed.
* Make sure not to forget your password.
