DEA602 Module - Auto Test Sequence
All times are approximate.
At each stage if "time out" occurs then a fault code will display, but if the task is completed
within the correct time, the Test will move to the next task.
1. Drain until empty + 15 seconds (90 second Time out, when fill time out alarm will display)
2. Fill until Turbine registers 2 litres and Pressure Switch Full. (timeout = 120 seconds, when
alarm will display).
3. Wash Pump on, which will activate Pressure Switch to Empty (timeout 25secs), wash pump,
will run for about 2 seconds).
4. Wash Pump Off
5. Fill up to 4 Litres of Water (time out 120seconds, whem fill alarm will display)
6. Wash Pump on for 30 seconds
7. Wash Pump and Heater on
8. Raise Temperature to 30'C (timeout 10 minutes, when Heating timeout alarm will display).
9. Drain Pump on until empty plus 10 seconds (timeout 90 seconds, when pump alarm will
display)
10. Activation of Dispenser Solenoid for 15 seconds.
11. Regeneration Solenoid plus Fill solenoid 15 seconds
12. Drain Pump on until empty Pressure Switch plus 10 seconds. (time Out 90 seconds, when drain
pump alarm will display).
13. Test cycle complete.
