Parameter assignment
Parameters may only be assigned to the SITRANS TH100 in the "offline" state using the
parameter assignment modem and the SIPROM T operating software. Any 4 to 20 mA current
loop connected to the transmitter must be disconnected before parameters are assigned.

Modem
If you already have a "Modem for SITRANS TK" (Order No. 7NG3190-6KB), you can continue
to use this for parameterization of the SITRANS TH100. Connection of the SITRANS TH100
to the "Modem for SITRANS TK" is described in the modem's operating instructions.
Proceed as follows
● For parameter assignment, connect the transmitter to the PC via the modem.
● Configure the transmitter using:

● The USB port of the PC if using a USB modem
● An external power adapter if using an RS232 modem
