DIGITAL AUDIO BROADCASTING (DAB)

Search for a service

Press DAB.
(or)
Press L SOURCE to select DAB.
Press E / F (or 2 / 3 on RM-RK52) to search for an ensemble automatically.

Press and hold E / F (or 2 / 3 on RM-RK52) until "M" flashes, then press
repeatedly to search for an ensemble manually.
3 Press E / F (or 2 / 3 on RM-RK52) to select a service (either primary or
secondary) to listen to.
Search for a service in alphabetical order—Alphabet Search

Press and hold DAB until "DAB SORTING" flashes, to start DAB services
sorting.
"DAB SORTING" disappears when sorting is complete.

Press DAB to to enter Alphabet Search mode.
"LIST EMPTY" appears if there is no service.

Press ∞1 / 52 to select the character to be searched for.

Turn the volume knob to select a service, then press the knob.
• To cancel, press G T/P.
Store a service
You can store up to 18 services.
While listening to a service....
Press and hold one of the number buttons (1 to 6) to store.

Press and hold the volume knob until "PRESET MODE" flashes.

Turn the volume knob to select a preset number, then press the knob.
The preset number flashes and "MEMORY" appears.
Select a stored service
Press one of the number buttons (1 to 6).

Press MENU.

Turn the volume knob to select a preset number, then press the knob.
Search for your favorite program (PTY Search)

Press and hold G T/P.

Turn the volume knob to select a PTY code (➜ 7), then press the knob.
If there is a station broadcasting a program of the same PTY code as you have
selected, that station is tuned in.
Activate TA Standby Reception
Press G T/P.
The unit will temporarily switch to Traffic Announcement (TA) (if available) from any
source.
• To deactivate, press G T/P again.
