Instead you will find an indicator pointing the location of the FCC ID at the bottom side of your ThinkPad computer as shown below in the figure i-1).

    You can install or remove each wireless feature by yourself. If you install an unauthorized wireless adapter that is not approved for use with the ThinkPad R50 Series computer, the computer does not start, but only displays an error message and emits beeps.
