Menu setting contents

[THUMBNAIL] menu

Performs confirmation or deleting of the recording clip.
This menu can be set when the thumbnail screen is displayed.
[PLAYBACK]
[SLOT SEL]
Selects a clip to be displayed on the thumbnail screen.
[ALL SLOT]
[SLOT1]
[SLOT2]
(Factory setting: [ALL SLOT])
[RESUME PLAY]
Select if the playback is to start from the position the playback has stopped or not.
[ON]
[OFF]
(Factory setting: [OFF])
[CLIP]
The clip can be protected or copied to a different SD card.
[PROTECT]
[DELETE]
[COPY]
[INFORMATION]

t The clip recorded in the MOV format cannot be copied.

[SYSTEM SETTINGS] menu

Sets the system in general.
[SYSTEM MODE]
For the combination that can be set, refer to "Selecting the resolution, codec, and frame rate for recording video".
[FREQUENCY]
Sets the system frequency.
The items that can be set are as follows.
f [23.98p], [24.00p], [25.00p], [29.97p], [50.00p], [59.94p], [50.00i], [59.94i]

t The camera will restart when the setting is changed.
t When the [SYSTEM SETTINGS] menu → [SYSTEM MODE] → [MAIN CODEC] is set to AVCHD format, different clips with system frequency in
59.94 Hz system (23.98p, 59.94p, 59.94i) and the ones in 50 Hz system (50.00p, 50.00i) cannot be recorded in a single SD card. Prepare an SD card
for each system of system frequency (59.94 Hz system and 50 Hz system). [FORMAT ERROR CARD <SLOT 1>]/[FORMAT ERROR CARD <SLOT
2>] alert is displayed when the system frequency systems are different.
[SENSOR MODE]
Sets the drive mode of the image sensor.
[S35 5.7K]
[S35 MIX 2.8K]
[4/3 CROP&MIX 2.2K]

Chapter 4 Operation — Menu setting contents
Displays the clips recorded on all the SD cards in each card slot.
Displays only the clips recorded on the SD card in card slot 1.
Displays only the clips recorded on the SD card in card slot 2.
Plays back from the position where playback has stopped.
Always starts the playback from the beginning of the clip.

Uses the entire pixels of the image sensor.
Performs pixel mixing read of 2.8K from the entire image sensor.
This allows high-speed shooting up to 120p.
Performs the pixel mixing read of 2.2K by cropping the Four Thirds image circle from the center of the image sensor.
This allows high-speed shooting up to 240p. Angle of view will change.
Protect the clip so it is not mistakenly deleted.
Select the clip to protect, and set the protect.
Deletes all the clips displayed in the thumbnail screen.
The clip that is not displayed in the thumbnail screen is not deleted.
Select the clip to delete, and delete it.
Copies all clips to a different SD card.
Select the clip to copy, and copies to a different SD card.
Displays the detailed information of the clip.
