iTAP™ mode
In any text entry screen, press

modes until the
(if it is the primary entry mode) or

(if it is the secondary mode) appears. The iTAP
software combines your key presses into common
words, and predicts each word as you enter it. To use
iTAP mode, it must be assigned as primary or secondary
text entry mode (see page 30).
For example, if you press

and Aspk.
When you enter three or more characters in a row,
your phone will guess the rest of the word.

tap mode

To enter text in tap mode, press a keypad key
