11.3 Instruction Instructions

11.3.1 Battery Test

Test the voltage between the positive and negative terminals of the battery. If the voltage
is 0 V, the battery is damaged.
Test the impedance between the battery's BSI and negative terminal using the multimeter.
If the impedance does not ranges from 7 kohms to 10 kohms, the battery is damaged.
After the maintenance, charge the phone till the power remaining of the battery reaches
50% before sending it for quality inspection.

11.3.2 Current Test

Testing the Power-off Current
Remove the battery from the phone, connect the phone to the DC power supply, power off the
phone, and check the current. If the reading on the power supply is not 0 mA, current leakage
occurs.
Testing the Power-on Peak Current
Remove the battery from the phone, connect the phone to the DC power supply, power on the
phone, and check the peak current. If the peak value is within 500 mA to 600 mA, the phone
is normal. Otherwise, the phone is faulty.
Testing the Standby Current
Remove the battery from the phone, connect the phone to the DC power supply, and power on
the phone. When the phone display the Home screen, press the power key to turn off the
