FLOW CHART NO.1
The power cannot be turned on.
Is the fuse normal?
Is normal state restored when once unplugged
power cord is plugged again after several seconds.
Is 5.4V voltage outputted to the cathode of D9024?
Are the voltage of each pin of CN9001 become
as shown below?
CN9001 1-3PIN
CN9001 4,6PIN
CN9001 9,13PIN
+10.5V
CN9001 10PIN
CN9001 19,20PIN
CN9001 22PIN
Check each rectifying circuit of secondary circuit
and replace BD Main CBA & BD MECHANISM
ASSEMBLY if defective.
FLOW CHART NO.2
The fuse blows out.
Check the presence that the primary component
is leaking or shorted and replace AMP/PSU CBA
if defective.
After servicing, replace the fuse (F9000).
FLOW CHART NO.3
Picture does not appear normally.
Set the disc on the disc tray, and playback.
Are the video signals outputted to each pin of
CN404?
CN404 25PIN Component Y OUT
CN404 27PIN Component Cb OUT
CN404 29PIN Component Cr OUT
CN404 23PIN CVBS OUT
Replace AV CBA.

Check the presence that the rectifying diode or circuit
is shorted in each rectifying circuit of secondary side
and replace AMP/PSU CBA if defective.
No
Replace BD Main CBA & BD MECHANISM
ASSEMBLY.
