Voice Memo

Recording a Voice Memo
This phone can record 10 voice memos.
• In Standby mode, a 60-second timer is displayed, and
an alert sounds to indicate when recording time expires.
• In Coversation mode, the 60-second timer is displayed,
but recording time may vary. The voice memo records only
the other party's conversation, and an alert beep sounds
every 15 seconds to keep the other party informed of the
recording his conversation.
To record a voice memo in standby mode:
1. Press and hold
button while recording.
The message"Recording" is displayed along with the timer.
2. Record the memo by speaking into the microphone.
3. To stop recording, remove your hand from
A context-specific menu becomes available.
4. To save the memo with the default date/time stamp,
press
. And you can select further options:
• Press
for Add Label. The screen labels the meno
with the date/time stamp.

for Continue. Press and hold
to continue recording.

Reviewing a Voice Memo
To review a voice memo:
1. Press
button to display the Memo menu.
2. Press
for Review. The phone displays the memo
header for saved memos in sequence.
3. Following options are displayed during Reviewing the memo:
• Press
to Replay the memo.
• Press
to Erase the memo.
• Press
to listen to the Next memo.
• Press
to listen to the Previous memo.
4. After reviewing the memos, press
mode.
